UPDATE: Flopping Aces has the Fox news video
Finally, the damning images that prove that Hezbollah terrorist militiamen dressed in civilian clothes, who seem to have gathered an inordinate amount of support in Lebanon, have indeed been using civilian, mostly Christian neighborhoods as shields against Israeli attacks, and hiding and using weapons in a densely populated area.
The exclusive photographs smuggled out of Lebanon, were obtained by the Australian News Ltd. and published by their Sunday Mail here, and Sunday Herald Sun here. Why am I not surprised...
The Melbourne man who smuggled the shots out of Beirut told yesterday how he was less than 400m from the block when it was obliterated.
``Hezbollah came in to launch their rockets, then within minutes the area was blasted by Israeli jets,'' he said.
``Until the Hezbollah fighters arrived, it had not been touched by the Israelis. Then it was totally devastated.
``After the attacks they didn't even allow the ambulances or the Lebanese Army to come in until they had cleaned the area, removing their rockets and hiding other evidence.
I am sorry for the horrific human suffering created in the bombing of Qana, southern Lebanon today, but if these people do not care for human life they endanger, why should Israel sacrifice their own which they do care about? Hezbollah has been using Qana as a base for launching hundreds of rockets at Israel, happily waiting for the bitter memory of the Operation Grapes of Wrath propaganda to do their dirty work for them. The people there should be horrified and disgusted at what Hezbollah are doing, and at the inability and unwillingness of their own cowardly Government to disarm Hezbollah, instead of allowing the MSM to portray Hezbollah as some kind of liberating heroes. Israel cannot be held accountable for loss of life in these circumstances.
Why is Israel to blame now? After all, Hezbollah has been planning this for six years...Enough already.
"If the military cards Israel is holding do not improve with the continuation of the fighting, it will result in a diplomatic solution that will leave the Hezbollah rocket arsenal in southern Lebanon in its place. The diplomatic solution will necessarily be a reflection of the military realities on the ground." Despite the U.S. more than willing to help, if Israel does not give them the military cards of some strong holds, they will be unable to do much more than the usual UN peacekeeping toothless 'stop or I'll say stop again' tactics, this time involving the French forces, and the Lebanese army. It is therefore imperative that they clear up as much territory from Hezbollah as possible, given that the lame diplomatic solution is breathing down their necks as we speak.
The only people to blame are the Hezbollah who use civilians as human shields for their rocket launchers, the UN who turn a blind eye, and the Lebanese Government who did not stand up to Hezbollah and its growing support on their own turf allowing a terrorist organization to take a stronghold inside its own sovereignty.
And for any of you who still march with the 'moral equivalence brigade', you should watch this "exactly once".

This crisis did not begin with the Hamas kidnapping of Gilad Shalit. It has been going on between Israel and Hizbulloah for some time now, but has escalated beyond imagination. How could anyone who values any life use civilians to shield their own weapons? Martyrs whose only purpose is to destroy Israel.
We are coming to ISrael in 10 days, our first trip. Not the best time, I know, but the right time to show solidarity. I am glad you have these pictures, thank you!

Ghost,
The MSM are consistently refusing to infrom us that ALL the reports coming from Lebanon are censored by Hizb'allah prior to release, so you will never, ever see a Hizb'allah gunman in full combat gear in a Lebanese neighbourhood, nor rocket-launchers etc.
No MSM are allowed anywhere near a destroyed Hizb'allah building until after the Hizzies have "cleaned" it up.
That is why nothing written or broadcast by the MSM from Lebanon is valid. Period.
However there are several interviews in the West by MSM of "Lebanese refugees" who claim that Hizb'allah is fighting (whatever the hell that means in the current framework) for their freedom, (whatever that means).
If you want to debate the ME intelligently in this day and age, it is best to stay away from the content of the MSM.
By the way it is interesting how the Arab mind works: the Holocaust never happened but Hitler should have finished the job. There are no Hizb'allah fighters anywhere in Lebanon, just innocent civilians, but Hizb'allah have fortified every street, building, apartment block, just waiting to deal the Israelis a bloody defeat should they enter Beirut.
Dr Mengele, er I mean, Dr Vega, RL: people like you are starting to make me believe in demonic possession. You people are just plain creepy. (shudder).

“Kfar” is a highly racist Hebrew word which literally means “inferior peasant” or “non-Jew” (this original Jewish concept was later adapted and adopted by Islamic fundamentalists the world over in its Arabized form: “Al-Kâffer” which translates as “dirty Infidel”).
Um, no. Actually, "kfar" means "village" in Hebrew. (The Arabic equivalent is "kafr.") For example, the New Testament village of Capernaum, on the Sea of Galilee, was known in the original Hebrew as Kfar Nahum, i.e., the village of Nahum (or Nahumville, perhaps).
So, nice try, Doc; but you've confused the word "kfar" (or "kafr") with the Arabic "kuffir," which, as you tried, so charmingly, to point out means "infidel" or "heathen," in the derogatory sense---or even "renegade," as in one who has abandoned the true religion. (The Hebrew equivalent is "kopher," accented on second syllable.)

I'm still looking for where the MSM is applauding hisballa as liberating heros. I must have missed that.

Hmm, why in the world would you expect a Jewish nation to "obey" a Catholic bishop, RL?
Your so-called "prayers" are very strange. Do you believe a "holy" God delights in and blesses terrorist attacks?
I assure you, God Almighty desires justice -- NOT ceasefires that only give terrorists a chance to claim "victory" and regroup for their next attack!
The majority of citizens in Israel may not be "Christians," but they aren't ignorant either. They know that to cease their defensive war against Hezbollah will simply open them up to more attacks. They've given away land, withdrawen from land, signed "peace treaties" and made promises that have been unobserved by their enemies.
They've had enough and are finally fighting back, yet you claim to be "Christian" and defend their enemies? Weird . . .

Boy, when it comes to Israel, the bozos, idiots and ignorant come out of the woodwork, don't they?

it is my sincere hope and prayer that the arrogant-bully and war-machine government of the zionist republic of Israel listens to and obeys the Honorable Bishop of Rome's call for an immediate and unconditional cease fire, in the Holy Name of God Almighty. in Y'SHUA's Holy Name, Amen.

To "Dr." Vega - know this. We will only put up with so much. More of the same lying and deceipt on the part of the terrorists, which you completely ignore in your haste to condemn Israel, will only harden the hearts of free people everywhere and hasten the day when we no longer hold back. Our patience is runnning thin. Soon it will be acceptable to simply slaughter everyone within a one mile radius of your "glorious" fighters, and the cries of the "innocent" will be ignored.

The hardest thing when fighting insurgents/terrorists is actually getting them to fight on your terms. When you set the conditions for the confrontation, you choose conditions that are favorable to victory. This applies to all enemies in general but against conventional forces, they fight on similar terms and their effectiveness is similar, though hopefully inferior, to yours. When you are fighting insurgents, if they were smart, they would recognize their inferior capability in a stand-up fight and thus would retreat when facing a conventional force. But when dealing with Islamofascist insurgents, who think that God is with them and will bring them victory based on their faith alone, their ego can be used to draw them out to fight, and thus be killed.
If Hezbollah thinks they have a fighting chance against Israel, then so much the better. If they don't think they have a chance but can get away, they will run. If they do not think they can get away due to the overwhelming number of Israeli forces, they may just hole up, which makes getting them out harder. Unless Israel is willing to bypass these bunkers and just level them flat. Which is what I believe is happening at Hexbollah strongholds. The willingness of Israel to flatten these areas is also suggested by their pre-attack warnings for civilians to evacuate and their disinterest in taking and holding territory.
With what is going on in Southern Lebanon currently, the fat lady hasn't even come on stage yet.

It's very difficult to watch the video on Kenny's blog more than once, but after watching it and becoming enraged last night, I watched it again this morning before I walked out the door to head to church.
I honestly wept this morning as I watched it and listened to this amazing capture of the events of 9/11 -- experiencing "firsthand" the audacity of the islamofascists who are fighting against our way of life on so many fronts today.
May Jehovah bless the IDF, giving them wisdom as they root out the murderous Hezbollah terrorists who have shown they will stoop to any depth (even hiding among innocent Lebanese civlians, and even firing rockets intentionally into Israeli neighborhoods) to achieve their objective of worldwide domination.
All freedom-loving people should consider themselves one with the Israelis during this war.

Just heard the IDF’s spokesman on radio.
Interestingly, he called this little Lebanese town “Kfar Qana”.
Made me want to puke.

Sigh ...
Vega, what part of this post by Alexandra don't you understand? What part of this conflict don't you understand? On a previous thread, I reacted rather violently to someone who raged a little less ignorant than you, but ignorant just the same.
The accusations of war-crimes, deliberate civilan targeting and massacres on the part of the IDF are tired, ill-informed, fallacious and all too obvious in their Islamofascist propoganda-mill origins.
That you deny what is in front of your eyes, what is being confirmed, decried and condemned by all but the most blatantly left-leaning media
exposes your for the anti-Semite that you are. You expose yourself as the apologist for terrorists that you are. You bring nothing of value to this discussion or to this blog. It must really suck being you, "doctor".

Israel’s Massacre Feast at Qana
Ooops, they did it again!
After having massacred 4 unarmed UN observers, killed 500+ Lebanese civilians, destroyed 90% of Lebanon’s transport and energy infrastructure, Yahweh’s glorious sicaries decided to revisit one of their most famous works of martial art: the 1996 Qana massacre.
Today, in the early hours of the morning, Tzahal’s noble knights rode over Qana in their shining US-made, US-equipped, and US-paid fighter jets.
It was Sunday, the day of worship in gentile Christian culture.
And Qana is the place where this “weird Jesus cult” started when the beloved King Herod ruled over Israel.
His modern successor, Prime Minister Olmert, probably couldn’t resist the subtle symbolism: razing Christianity’s birthplace on a Sunday… Yeah that would be grand! The faithful few in Washington would love it!
It only took a few minutes for the IDF’s Air Force to massacre 55 people (mostly women and children) on that sunny Sunday in that small southern city…
They did a great job, were very fast, very neat and very clean!
“Praise be to Yahweh, the God of Yisrael, for he has shown me his marvelous loving kindness”
